Reasons You Should Attend the 2023 HAVIN Insight Expo

 

 

The Houston Area Visually Impaired Network’s signature event is back! That’s right, the 2023 HAVIN Insight Expo, sponsored by the University of Houston College of Optometry is set. All that’s missing is you!

 

And, if you’re wondering why you should attend the 2023 HAVIN Insight Expo, let’s list them for you.

 

 

1. To learn about recreational and fitness programs available to blind and visually impaired Houstonians!
2. To learn about useful and effective low vision techniques from an expert in the field!
3. To check out the exhibit hall for the latest resources and information for the blind and visually impaired!
4. Lots of door prizes…including a $550 overnight package from the Houstonian Hotel and Spa!
5. To socialize and network with other people who are blind and visually impaired from across the greater Houston area!

 

What more do you need?

 

Registration is now open. Those who pre-register will be entered in all the door prize drawings (must be present to win). Walk-ins will be welcome on the day of the vent, but are not entered in the door prize drawing. The $11 per person fee will be the same, but those who pre-register will be guaranteed lunch and entry into all door prize drawings. There will be a set number of extra lunches purchased for walk-ins, so if you don’t pre-register, come early to guarantee you get all we have to offer.
